Is the new person you started dating recently behaving inappropriately in private and public?

Every now and again, we enjoy a whirlwind romance with a person that just sweeps us off our feet. He or she is extremely well spoken and romantic, doting, dedicated and make us feel wonderful when we're together.

Unfortunately, the few little oddities we thought were "quaint," when you were alone with him or her are now being displayed in public (when you least expect it). At first it was cute but in time you realize that he or she just does not respect society's norms and in time, will not respect you either. The very fact that he or she behaves oddly in public should be a dead give away. You're probably dating a nut.
